Private Event Rental – Tre Fantastico
We look forward to hosting your group or event at Tre Fantastico, located at the Parkside Hotel, 810 Humboldt Street. Below are parameters to help outline options as you consider the type of event you are looking to have us host.
Dates and Times:
- Full space is available outside of business hours, we are currently open 7am – 8pm daily.
- Dining room can be rented by during open hours by request
Room Rental and Staffing:
- Dining Room
- 20 People max
- Room Rate is $100 per hour
- Minimum of $18 per person for pre-ordered food
- Licensed bar for all Beverages (Coffee, Craft Beer, BC Wine, Cider (can be pre ordered)
- 18% gratuity to be added to agreed food bill
- $35/hr for each working staff member
- 1 Staff member for every 12 guests (with minimum of 2)
Entire Restaurant
- 40 People max
- Room Rate is $150 per hour
- 1 staff member for every 12 guests (with minimum of 2), $35/hr working staff member
Food and Beverage:
- Outside food or drink is not permitted unless pre-approved
- Cake can be brought in. (cake cutting fee if use of Knife/Plates
- are needed)
- Coffee, Tea, Juices, Beer, Wine, Cider can all to be pre-ordered or
- sold on the Cash Bar. (this is not included in the total food cost)
- Current menu items and share plates available, to be coordinated with Tre Chef.
- Charcuterie from Fantastico bar-deli is also a great option available
Non-Refundable Deposit of 30% required to secure private rental, at a minimum of one week in advance of event.
